Inox Neo Energies acquires Skypower Solar India: All about the ₹265-crore deal
On Monday, Inox Clean Energy announced that Inox Neo Energies has successfully completed the purchase of SkyPower Solar India’s operating value. La265 Crore.
PTI reported that strategic acquisition aims to increase the Inox Clean Energy’s capacity to renewable independent power producer (IPP).
Inox Clean Energy is an integrated renewable platform covering solar production, including cells and modules and an IPP platform.
The basic details of acquiring
SkyPower Solar India, a company statement, Madhya Pradesh 50 MW (AC)/ 57.5 MW (DC) said that it has a portfolio of solar assets.
The transaction is worth the value of an enterprise value to asset La265 Crore.
The News Agency reported that the project, which was assigned in 2018 financially, has a 25 -year solid power purchase agreement (PPA) with Madhya Power Management Company Ltd (MPPMCL).
Inox Clean Energy Scales the Capacity
Inox Clean Energy CEO Bharat Saxena stressed the importance of acquiring the company’s wider growth strategy.
