Footage shows disqualified horse trainer shocking horses with jigger
When the machine collects enough speed, the camera puts it in the jeans by placing her left hand in the jeans to get a gigger with a small battery on the size of a cigarette pack.
It then extends forward, placed the Jigger’s electrodes behind the gallop and pushes the button to give a shock.
Three Melbourne Cup Hopes of the Hope – Red Cardinal, Yogi and Tosen Basil – 25 times in total.
While weir offers the electric shock series, weir controls the speed of the machine, while McLean occasionally touches a piece of gallop with a plastic poly pipe.
Since Kermond is directed to the treadmill, it helps Fit Headgear to every animal called the eye. It also helps to remove the flashing when finished.

Race Victoria Stewards claimed that a horse hit a horse on the ass – the multiplication of the poly pipe with a whip, as well as the use of a whip during a race, that it would be shocked – a horse that would run faster because it would be shocked.
When the training session is completed, the film shows that the running band slows down and horses withdrawn and walks into their stables calmly. They don’t curl, nor do they squeak. The process takes a few minutes.
The Victorian Race Court heard that weir used Jigger seven times in a red cardinal and nine times in Tosen Basil and Yogi.
Only the Red Cardinal ran at the Melbourne Cup that year, the last second, 60 long of the winner, finishing Cross Counter more than 60 long. Tosen Basil never competed again, he finished the seventh in Yogi Lexus Stakes and did not qualify for running in the cup.

The race accused Victoria Stewards of meeting McLean and Kermond of meeting during the Jigger operation, and their behavior was banned and the arrangement was to keep it secret from others ”.
All three men were disqualified.
Weir told the officials that he was shocked by his horses on the treadmill, he didn’t know what I was doing ”.
“For example, I wish I hadn’t done it for sure. I would try to ensure the development of these horses,” he said.
“I knew I was breaking the rules, I knew it, and it was a terrible decision. I understand all this, 100 percent, but I was just trying to make them spend their talents in the best way.”
The commissioners asked Weir whether he would continue his shock treatment if his horses had performed well.
“The real thing is, I wasn’t happy to do this, and I was very uncomfortable, so that’s the main reason I stopped because I didn’t – I wasn’t comfortable in doing it, and when I watched the movie, it makes me sick,” he said. “I’m glad they didn’t run well. So the decision was very easy.”

Three months after the film was shot, the police and the race raided Victoria Stewards Weir’s honey stables. Four jigger found in his nearby house.
In January 2019, McLean and Kermond were suspended in October 2019 for three years and two months.
The police initially rejected the existence of the video, but in December 2022, the Warrnambool Magistrates’ Court was shown as evidence.
Weir was found guilty of animal persecution by the court and fined $ 36,000, but avoided a criminal conviction.
The police then gave the 15 -minute clip to Victoria Stewards, who will see the content, interview Weir and make new industry charges.
Weir was disqualified by the Victoria Race Court in September 2024 for two more years. McLean was disqualified for nine months, disqualified for three months.
Victoria Race Court President Judge John Bowman said that weir will now be remembered because of his relationship with “oppression instruments”.
