Invest 98L to soak south Texas with heavy rain and potential flooding into the weekend

A storm area in the southwest of Texas, which is appointed as Invest 98L by the National Hurricane Center (NHC), has the chance to develop tropical development because it is rapidly approaching Northeast Mexico and South Texas, but it is still expected to spend the area at heavy rain and weekend.
