Iran: 2000 people killed amidst protests; official pins blame on ‘terrorists’, report says

At least 2,000 people have died since the unrest broke out in Iran, according to an official quoted by Reuters who said “terrorists” were responsible for the staggering death toll.

The official, who was not named by Reuters, added that security personnel were among the dead.
