Iran’s foreign minister admits Islamic Republic is receiving military support from Russia and China

Iran finally admitted last night that it received military support from Russia and China.
Senior American officials had alleged that Russia was behind Iran’s sensitive intelligence information, such as the precise location of US warships.
This was reportedly denied by Vladimir Putin during his meeting with President Donald Trump.
However, Iranian foreign minister Abbas Araghchi has now described both Russia and China as ‘strategic partners’.
When asked whether they provided military support and intelligence, he replied: ‘We were in close cooperation.’ [with Russia and China] It also includes this military cooperation that continues in the past. But I won’t go into any detail of that.’
A source said much of the information allegedly shared was images from Moscow’s complex satellite constellation.
Although it is unclear whether any Iranian attacks could be linked to Russian targeting intelligence, several drone strikes have hit US troops in recent days.
The reports also claim that the United States has obtained intelligence suggesting that China may soon provide Iran with financial aid, spare parts for military vehicles, and missile components.

Last week, it was claimed that the state-of-the-art Chinese spy ship Liaowang-1 was seen in the Strait of Hormuz.
One expert previously called the ship a ‘floating supercomputer mapping the invisible battlefield’.
China relies heavily on Iranian oil and is reportedly pressuring Tehran to allow ships safe passage through the Bosphorus.
China wants the war to end because it “endangers energy supplies,” one of the sources said.
