Is asking for support the new financial wellness strategy?

“Help” isn’t a dirty word: A new study finds that younger generations are less likely to think asking for help is a bad thing. The survey of 2,000 U.S. adults, evenly split between Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X and baby boomers, commissioned by Upstart and conducted by Talker Research, found that the two younger generations are more likely than Gen Similarly, both majorities of Gen Z (57%) and Millennials (60%) believe they are better than previous generations at asking for help or support when needed. If they were in a difficult situation where they actually decided to ask for help or handle the problem on their own, a quarter of Americans (26%) said they would choose to ask for help.
