Israel: At Least 5 Killed, Several Others Injured In East Jerusalem Shooting; ‘Terrorists’ Neutralised | World News

According to the Israeli security forces media reports, at least 5 people were killed and several injured in a shot in East Jerusalem on Monday before neutralizing ‘terrorists’.
The preliminary reports specified by the local media showed that at least two attackers were included in the shooting before being neutralized by the police.
The authorities have not yet published the identity of the attackers or did not give further details about their possible relationships. The security forces took the region under the cordon and launched an investigation into the incident.

The shooting took place at Ramot Junction on Yigal Yadin Street in Jerusalem, and armed attackers reportedly rode on a bus and opened fire on passengers.
According to the media reports, the incident occurred at a busy intersection near the northern entrance to Jerusalem, on a road connected to the Jewish settlements in East Jerusalem.
Israeli Defense Minister’s warning to Hamas
The attack came only hours after Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz warned the Palestinian militant group Hamas to hand over Hamas and give up their weapons, and threatened that if the band rejected, it would face total destruction.
“This is a final warning for the murderers and rapists of Hamas in luxury hotels in Gaza and abroad: release hostages and leave your weapons – or Gaza will be destroyed and destroyed, Israel said.
Trump’s last warning to Hamas
On Sunday, US President Donald Trump announced that he had given Hamas a “final warning” and called for an agreement to publish hostages in Gaza.
