Israel marks attack anniversary as Gaza talks under way

The Israelis have been preparing to mourn the dead two years after Hamas’ October 7 attack immersed the region into a destructive war, two years after Israel and Hamas have held indirect talks in Egypt.

The main monument ceremony held on Tuesday is not organized by lawful families, not the government, and accused of a ceasefire that reflects the deep divisions on the leadership of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for not being able to release the hostages held by the militant group.

In the Gaza Strip, where Israel’s retaliation attack killed tens of thousands of people and adorns all towns and cities, the others escaped from another Israeli invasion of Israel and others.

After a surprise rocket dam, two years have passed since the militant, led by thousands of Hamas, spilled into South Israel.

They killed 1200 people, including women, children and elderly adults, mostly women, children and elderly adults.

Most of them missed 251 people who were released on fire or other agreements.

Forty -eight were in Gaza, and about 20 believed that Israel was alive.

Hamas said he would only release them in exchange for the withdrawal of a permanent ceasefire and Israel.

Netanyahu promised to continue the war until all the prisoners returned and were disarmed.

The attack led Israel to fight Iran and its allies in the region, including the major losses of Lebanon, Hezbollah.

In June, the United States joined Israel in an attack on Iran’s military and nuclear program in a 12 -day war in June.

Israel has killed the best militants as well as Iranian generals and nuclear scientists, as well as Gaza, as well as controlling the military abilities of enemies while seizing control over Lebanon and Syria.

However, the non -return of hostages was deeply divided by the weekly mass protests against Netanyahu.

Israel is more isolated in the international arena.

Approximately 400 Israeli were killed and dozens of nova from the Nova Music Festival in the Reim border community.

In the last two years, the kidnapped and fallen portraits have emerged as a monument site stuck to Israeli flags.

The mourning families plan to establish a temporary shelter in the honor of the Sukkot Jewish holiday, which corresponds to its anniversary.

The main monument ceremony will be held in Tel Aviv and will include music performances and speeches.

According to the Hebrew calendar, the event is separate from a monument on the anniversary of the government.

Israel and Hamas organized indirect negotiations at the Egyptian Holiday Town Sharm al-Sheikh on Monday to discuss a new peace plan put forward by US President Donald Trump.

The talks would continue on Tuesday.

According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, which is a part of the government operated by Hamas, the war has already killed more than 67,000 Palestinians.

Israel’s attack has displaced approximately 90 percent of the Gaza population, and the restrictions on humanitarian aid contributed to a serious hunger crisis and experts say that Gaza City is experiencing famine.

Experts and Great Rights Groups accused Israel of the genocide, and the International Criminal Court Netanyahu and the former Minister of Defense want the hunger to be arrested because they used hunger as a method of war.

Israel strongly rejected the allegations, and violently denies it, saying that it has carried out a legal defense war and has taken extraordinary measures to avoid damaging civilians.

Hamas blames Hamas for the death and destruction in Gaza because the militants are deeply buried in populated areas.

Hamas described the October 7 attack as a response to the seizure of Israeli land, settlement construction and military profession.

However, the attack received a disaster fee on the Palestinians, whose dream of independent a state seem to be further away than ever.
