Man allegedly assaults two police officers
Acting Police Commissioner condemned the attack on two women after a man was arrested in the west of Sydney after an attack allegedly left unconscious on a street.
Before 18.30 on Friday, a 19 -year -old man was lying in the middle of the Bunya Road for a mental health incident in the north -west of the city female police officers, Bidwill was called.

The officers tried to communicate with the man before the tensions rose. Allegedly, a officer kicked a 23 -year -old woman in the stomach, and then punched her in her face and caused him to fall unconsciously.
A 22 -year -old police officer tried to intervene, but he was also allegedly punched in his face, and tried to deploy the spray of Capsicum to defend himself. Soon two more police officers joined the scene and arrested the man.
NSW police commissioner Peter Thurtell described the attack as a “nauseous” and said it was completely unacceptable to attack a police officer.
“This is a disturbing attack, and these civil servants were doing their jobs. Such events clearly show the courage and courage of the officers who do their best to protect society,” he said.
“Police officers put themselves on the front and endanger every day – they deserve respect, not violence.”
Medical officials came to the scene to treat the 23 -year -old woman before carrying him to Westmead Hospital in a stable situation. The other 22 -year -old officer was treated due to minor injuries at the scene and was taken as a precaution to Druitt Mountain Hospital.
Adam was taken to the Druitt Mountain police station and then to the Nepean hospital.
Both women were discharged from the hospital and a crime was founded while the police investigated the conditions of the incident.
