Olivia Attwood flashes her incredibly toned abs in a skimpy white co-ord at the Fashion Awards – just days after revealing she felt at ‘death’s door’ with strep throat and flu

Olivia Attwood checked in on her health following her strep throat diagnosis while attending the Fashion Awards at London’s Royal Albert Hall on Monday.

The 34-year-old TV star showed off her incredibly toned abs in a short fit at Debenhams that she helped design with Coast.

Olivia’s dazzling look featured a white bralette and matching wrap miniskirt, while she dressed her long legs in a pair of black tights.

She layered her look with a matching oversized coat and added extra height to her figure with a pair of pointed heels.

Olivia said of her bespoke three-piece tailored look: ‘I’m absolutely obsessed with the bespoke Debenhams look, I can’t wait to wear it to the British Fashion Awards.’

‘It’s great fun going along with the rest of the Debenhams Christmas campaign team, Judi Love and Peter Crouch. ‘I achieved a truly chic look with a three-piece jacket, skirt and strapless top, and I’m glad I was able to design it with the team.’

This year, the ceremony is hosted by actor Colman Domingo, who paid tribute to the award’s UK heritage by wearing a Burberry suit on the red carpet.

Considered one of the biggest nights on the fashion calendar, the ceremony honors some of the most dazzling names and faces in the global fashion industry; It celebrates famous names and emerging designers.

On Sunday, Olivia shared an update on her future on This Morning after being forced to pull out of TV shows, admitting she felt ‘on death’s door’ after contracting a sore throat and flu.

On Instagram, she answered questions and answers from fans about her career and marriage to 31-year-old Bradley Dack.

Someone asked: ‘Will you continue to host This Morning?’ and Olivia replied: ‘Yes, I’m coming back for more – you can’t get rid of me now 2026’ (sic).

Earlier this year, it was announced that Olivia would be the latest famous face to join This Morning’s long list of presenters.

Joining hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley on the sofa in June, Olivia said: ‘I’ll be joining you on the home team on the other side of the sofa.

‘It’s such a huge honour, I grew up watching this show and I grew up doing Loose Women, it feels so natural.’

Fans also questioned why Bradley was ‘not around when he was in such a bad situation’ after the couple recently said they had had a ‘tough six months’.

Olivia replied: ‘My sweet angels! Lots of these. He has a job!! There is no flexibility in football. Your daughter went to boarding school and moved out when I was 18. For as long as I can remember, I have taken care of myself.

‘If it was something serious he would come back immediately, I just need to rest.’

It comes after Olivia was forced to pull out of Loose Women just minutes before it went on air last Friday.

The former Love Islander was expected to join Kaye Adams, Nadia Sawalha and Jane Moore on the show, but Olivia was nowhere to be seen when the episode opened.

The presenter addressed her fans after sharing a photo showing a doctor crouching next to her.

Explaining why she disappeared from the cast of the ITV show, Olivia said: ‘I’m really sorry to everyone who expected me to be on Loose Women today.

‘I started working out and my body finally said no. Thank you to the team for taking care of me. I’ll be back soon.’

He later took to TikTok to reveal that he had a sore throat and the flu.

Strep throat is a contagious bacterial infection of the throat and tonsils caused by the group A Streptococcus bacteria.

The former Love Island star updated fans on her health by sharing a photo of herself under the care of paramedics at the ITV studios

Symptoms include sore throat, fever, and red, swollen tonsils with white spots or streaks.

Olivia said she was completely ‘defeated’ by the sudden illness.

She confessed: ‘I am the first daughter and first grandchild of Taurus. I don’t listen to anyone. Apparently that includes my body. I just don’t like being defeated.

‘This damn thing beat me. And now it’s like the doctor ordered you to lie for 24 hours, that’s what I call fucking bone bum.’

He added: ‘My half-British, half-German DNA doesn’t cope well with being sedentary due to ADHD. Yes.

‘So does anyone have any tips on how I can stay still to get better? Because I have a crazy schedule next week.’

Trying to distract herself, Olivia even asked her followers for movie recommendations and said: ‘I can watch Frankenstein on Netflix. Did anyone watch?

‘Can you tell me, is it sad? I don’t want to feel sad. I feel like some of the clips I’ve seen look really sad. If this breaks your heart, my heart is already broken because I had to disappoint my Loose Wives today. So I need to see something scary or funny.’
