The Supreme Court on Thursday, April 16, 2024, refused to entertain a plea seeking directions to the Center and others to frame guidelines for display of Ashoka Chakra in the national flag.
The bench of Chief Justices of India (CJI) Surya Kant and Justices Joymalya Bagchi and Vipul M. Pancholi told the petitioner, who appeared in person, to do something constructive for the society.
