Italy sends second navy ship to escort Gaza flotilla

Italy is sending a second navy vessel to support the International Aid fleet under the drone attack while trying to provide aid to Gaza.
Global Sumud Flotilla uses approximately 50 civilians to try to break Israel’s Gaza Navy blockade.
Many lawyers and activists, including the Swedish climate campaign Greta Thunberg, with dozens of Italian, including some deputies.
“We sent a ship and the other is ready for any possibility,” Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto said to the Lower Assembly of the Parliament on Thursday. He said.
Italy sent a first frigate on Wednesday after saying that it was targeted by stunning hand grenades and drones that reduce itching dust in international waters, 56km away from the Greek Gavdos Island of GSF.
GSF blamed Israel for the attack.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry did not respond directly to the accusation, but for the fleet to leave an invitation to leave humanitarian aid to the port of Israel, and allowed Israel to take it to Gaza or confront the results.
Spain also decided to send a military warship to protect elephants.
Crosetto warned the activists to insist on trying to break the Israeli blockade and called for an Italian offer to deliver their help materials and allow them to be distributed by the local Catholic Church in Gaza.
“If it enters the regional waters of other countries, we cannot guarantee the safety of our other citizens.” He said.
GSF said that on Thursday, his ships were sailing slowly in Greek regional waters, he was exposed to “moderate drone activity” during the night and turned to international waters “today”.
