Jackie O sues ARN after $200m contract torn up
Jackie “O” Henderson followed her co-host Kyle Sandilands in taking her former employers ARN to court after the couple’s $200 million contract was terminated this month.
ARN announced the news in a statement to the ASX on Tuesday morning, saying Henderson had said she had made “psychosocial health and safety and bullying complaints” about Sandilands’ behavior towards her both on February 20, the day they were on air, and before that.
ARN said it disputes Henderson’s claims and intends to defend the case.
