Jagan, Bharati Should Be Interrogated In Viveka Murder Case: YS Sunita

YS Sunita, daughter of former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy, alleged that the CBI did not properly investigate her father’s murder case. He said the CBI should question former CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his wife YS Bharati in connection with the case. The couple has not been questioned so far.

Speaking to media persons in Kadapa on Sunday, he said that the CBI only listened to the narrative of the accused but did not investigate their statements. He felt that the CBI was not taking the investigation into the case seriously. He said telephone conversations between the defendants were not examined in depth, even though they communicated extensively by phone and text.

Sunita said she submitted all the evidence to the CBI but the detectives did not investigate them thoroughly. He said despite his efforts, justice was not served. He lamented that the majority of systems in the country were unbalanced and failed to deliver justice to the people.

But he said he would continue fighting until the case reached its logical conclusion.
