It looks like Cam Little wants to completely revamp the NFL record books.
Just two months earlier, the Jacksonville Jaguars’ kicker had made the longest 68-yard field goal in NFL history. It became the owner of the two longest brands after a 67-meter drilling on Sunday.
As time expired in the first half against the Tennessee Titans, the Jags’ shooting unit came into play to make a terrific game even more lopsided.

Little timed his shot and drilled a perfectly timed strike to left to give Jacksonville a 31-7 lead, exciting “six-seven” fans everywhere.
The crowd went wild, but Little remained calm, cool and collected, considering this was now the apparent norm for him. However, he held a celebration later.
Little’s record-setting kick came on Nov. 2 against the Las Vegas Raiders and he hit a 66-yard field goal past former Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker to help the Ravens beat the Detroit Lions in September 2021.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers kicker Chase McLaughlin hit a 65-yard field goal against the Philadelphia Eagles earlier this season, tying Dallas Cowboys kicker Brandon Aubrey for the second longest field goal of all time. Aubrey also had a 64-yard field goal against the New York Giants this season.
Little is no stranger to making long field goals. He wowed NFL fans when he kicked a 70-yard field goal during the preseason and practiced from long distance in the thin air of Denver a few weeks ago. Eight kickers attempted a 70-yard field goal during the regular season and all failed.

Little’s leg will certainly be a major key to the Jaguars’ Super Bowl hopes. Assuming they hold on against Tennessee, the Jaguars will get the No. 1 seed if both the Denver Broncos and New England Patriots lose.
