Jedward star John Grimes’ secret ex-girlfriend is revealed on the new series of Celebrity Ex On The Beach.

The official trailer for the fourth season of the popular reality show, which will hit our screens on March 31 on Paramount+, was released on Monday and it looks like a can’t-miss trailer.

The star-studded cast includes Corrie’s Helen Flanagan, Love Island’s Toby Aromolaran, MAFS UK star Amy Kenyon, Love Is Blind UK’s Freddie Powell, Too Hot To Handle stars Chase DeMoor and Izzy Fairthorne, TOWIE’s Dani Imbert and John.

At first glance, fans can see that singer John is talking to his ex Sarah Carragher about their romance.

John, 34, who rarely speaks about his relationships, says: ‘No one has ever really come close to what we have.’

John and his identical twin Edward rose to fame in the sixth series of The X Factor in 2009.

The duo, mentored by Louis Walsh, finished sixth.

While the brothers haven’t put their private lives under the spotlight since being in the public eye, many will be interested to see what John’s ex is like.

But in 2017 he made a rare comment about his love life, telling Irish site VIP: ‘We’ve had affairs.

‘I’ve had two long-term, special relationships. This wasn’t part of my career.

‘Showing them was never our number one priority.’

Later in 2021, he talked a little more about the women in his life.

Speaking to Goss.ie, John said: ‘Most people I’ve dated haven’t been in the spotlight.

‘I had a girlfriend from Cork, from Dublin, from America…’

CEOTB isn’t the only show John has appeared on.

However, this isn’t the first dating show John has appeared on, as he also appeared on Single AF in 2017.

Before appearing on the programme, John told The Sun: ‘We connect with different people in different ways. I want to connect with someone on a romantic level.

‘I’m looking for a girl who is funny, nice and chooses happiness over drama.’

Celebrity Ex On The Beach hit our screens in 2020.
