Jewellery groups gives scholarships to 2,800 girl students in Andhra Pradesh

A retail jewelery group has provided educational support to 2,800 students in Andhra Pradesh with a total allocation of ₹ 2.52 crore under its scholarship programme.

Malabar Gold and Diamonds has announced ₹200 crore to undertake various programs in the country for the year 2026-27, the company said in a statement.

Company representatives distributed the scholarships to girl students at an event held in the presence of Women, Child Welfare and Tribal Welfare Minister G. Sandhya Rani in Vijayawada on Thursday.

The statement stated that the company has supported 15,626 scholarships in the state so far.
