JFK’s grandson attacks RFK Jr as ‘dangerous’ during MS NOW interview

Jack Schlossberg, the grandson of President John F. Kennedy who is running for Congress in New York, criticized his cousin, Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., on Tuesday, calling the Trump cabinet official “dangerous.”

“Tell us what you think about your cousin, the Surgeon General, and his stance on vaccines that many of these children will not receive,” asked Mike Barnicle, a regular guest on MS NOW’s “Morning Joe.”

Schlossberg said RFK Jr. was a “dangerous person” responsible for life-or-death decisions.

“And no matter how ridiculous and entertaining some of the claims are, it’s all in good fun when you’re designing a new food pyramid. But when people are dying of measles, it’s serious business,” Schlossberg said. “People are not getting vaccinated; they rescinded the recommendation to vaccinate newborns against Hepatitis B. Why?”

He continued, “I want Democrats to win back the House so we can have control over the Judiciary Committee with one word: ‘subpoena.’ I want to know who is paying for the words coming out of his mouth because they are not supported by science.”

The Department of Health and Human Services did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.

Schlossberg is running for Rep. Jerry Nadler’s seat as the longtime Democratic lawmaker prepares to retire.

Schlossberg was known for posting hundreds of viral satirical videos on social media before launching his Congressional campaign.

He posted a video of himself singing second lady Usha VanceAnd Asked in X, “True or false: Usha Vance is way hotter than Jackie O” in January 2025.

The Kennedy legacy has more than 800,000 TikTok followers.

As surrogate for former President Joe Biden and former Vice President Kamala Harris Schlossberg in 2024, Sen. last year. He met with Democratic candidates across the country, including former Sen. Bob Casey (D-Pa.), who lost to Dave McCormick (R-Pa.).

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi endorsed Schlossberg on Tuesday, according to a post on account X.

Schlossberg said during a “Morning Joe” panel Tuesday that he was “very proud” to have Pelosi’s endorsement, calling her “my hero” and “the backbone of the Democratic Party.”
