48 Persons From 8 States Held In Cybercrime Cases Reported In Telangana

Haydarabad: The Haydarabad police arrested 48 people from eight states in connection with various cyber crimes reported in July 2025, and some RS of 2,21 RS were returned to the victims.

During special operations in July 2025, cyber crime police arrested 48 people from India. Among them, half dozen digital arrest fraud, 21 investment and trade fraud, and the remaining 21 participated in various other types of fraud.
These defendants have been found in 415 cases in India, including 78 cases described in TaLangana.
Seventy -eight defendants in cyber crimes were from TaLangana, 16 of them were andaman and Nicobar, Sikkkim, Punjab and Uttarakhand, each from Assam, Madhya Pradesh and Odisha, each of them from Jammu and Kashmir, Bihar from 19. Haryana, nine from Jharkhand, 72 Karnataka, 10, 12 from Kerala, 27 from Rajasthan, 27 Tamil Nadu, 23, Uttar Pradesh’ten, 60, 60 West Bengal.
Approximately 89 mobile phones, 56 check books, 94 debit cards, three laptops, 12 shell company stamps, 25 SIM cards, 39 banks pass, two tabs and visit cards, were taken from the arrested people.
The highest amount of the total amount paid was the highest amount returned, in the cases of identity in imitation fraud cases 1.4 rubles and transaction fraud cases were RS.9.64 Lakh.
Chikkala Santosh Kumar, a businessman from Warasiguda, was arrested in the deception of the online trade platform, while another businessman from North West Delhi was a businessman, B2B import and export fraud and a special employee, Ranak Jagadish Patel and Salik Imtyaz Ahmed, All -native, a private employee. He was caught in fake trade practice.
