CREDAI Hyderabad Praises Rising Global Summit

Hyderabad:Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (Credai) stated that Telangana Emerging Global Summit 2025 held at Bharat Future City, Hyderabad, is a pivotal moment for the development of the state. The heart of the summit was the Telangana Rising-2047 vision document, which outlined a clear and ambitious roadmap towards a $3 trillion economy by 2047.
The association stated that the plan articulates an integrated economic model of Core Urban Area Economy (CURE), Urban Periphery Area Economy (PURE) and Rural and Agri Region Economy (RARE) designed to decongest central Hyderabad while unlocking new investment corridors for sustainable residential, commercial and industrial development.
Credai-Hyderabad president N. Jaideep Reddy said the summit was more than a meeting; It was a strong statement of intent. “The Rising 2047 Vision Document provides the real estate sector with the predictability and confidence needed for long-term planning,” he said.
According to Credai, by prioritizing CURE, PURE and RARE, the government had ensured inclusive growth that would translate into strong demand for housing, commercial spaces and industrial parks beyond the city centre.
President-elect B. Jagannath Rao said the success of the summit was a vote of confidence in Brand Hyderabad. “The billions of dollars of investments announced, especially in the Bharat Future City, coupled with efforts to attract global business leaders, bode well for the growth of the city,” he added. “Initiatives to boost tourism and organize major events including football legends like Messi will further strengthen Brand Hyderabad.”
Credai-Hyderabad general secretary Kranti Kiran Reddy said, “The scale of investments announced promises significant employment generation in IT, manufacturing, entertainment, logistics and more, boosting housing demand across all segments.”
The association said it is fully aligned with the government’s plan by adhering to high-quality, sustainable and RERA-compliant projects that support Telangana’s march towards a $3 trillion economy.
