Aldi, shops, restaurants coming to Coconut Crossing

Palm Beach Gardens – A Grocery, Starbucks, Gasoline Station and other shops come to the west edge PALM BEACH GARDENS Near Avenir and turning neighborhoods.
Approximately 22,000 feet square, bought, will be on the larger side than other versions of the grocery store proud to sell quality products at low prices. According to Allan Carlisle, a shopping center vehicle, it will probably open in the spring or summer of 2026.
Palm Beach Garden will be the first to join the city’s grocery network – many Health Food Stores.
Northern Palm Beach County has two more ALDI stores, one in Jupiter and the other in Lake Park. The Palm Beach Gardens store will be a part of the development of Coconut Crossing, which is under construction in a 29 -acre area in the southwest corner of Northlake Boulevard and Coconut Boulevard.
Businesses in the center follow thousands of new inhabitants in Avenir, a growing community in the western places of the city. According to Carlisle, more stores are needed in the region.
“There is an incredibly rich area and a ton of housing development, Carlisle said. “This area retail and services are increasingly inadequate.
What else comes to Coconut Crossing in Palm Beach Garden?
Coconut Crossing Shopping Center is under construction in the southwestern corner of Northlake Boulevard and is on the Coconut Boulevard in FLA, Palm Beach Garden.
Construction in the shopping center started about four months ago.
In addition to Aldi, a Starbucks, Wendy’s, 7-Eleven, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Heartland Tooth, Eco Car Washing, Noire Nail Bar, Marco’s Pizza, Go Green Dry Cleaner, Fifth Third Bank, Luxe + Mane and Dag Men’s Barber shops.
Carlisle said that when each of the tenants plan to open, they have different time periods. Aldi, 7-Eleven, Wendy’s, Eco Car Wash and Heartland Dental, including some tenants will build their own buildings and others will use the area built by developer Konover South. According to Carlisle, businesses can take place in this field early next year.

It will have nine buildings in the shopping center and still take up some space for other tenants. Avenir City CenterA Publix will have restaurants and other stores, rising across the street.
“The market will continue to develop as more than these housing developments are built, Carl said Carlisle. “In this part of Palm Beach Gardens, there will be a really leading retail and restaurant service corridor.”
