Cassius Turvey’s killers sentenced; Kimberley luxury cruise passengers rescued; Matildas win 3-0 in Perth

Both Mitchell Forth and Brodie Palmer learned their fate-the first is to kill man and the second for the murder of 15-year-old Cassius Turvey.

Forth was sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment behind the bars – 10 and two more years for the accusation of manslaughter.

Chief Justice Peter Quinlan said that he was a follower, not “the main culprit, not in the background”.

Forth had eight character references that accepted Cassius’s family and pain.

Unlike Jack Brearley, who is still convicted of Jack Brearley, Quinlan said that he called Cassius in his own letter to the court and regretted even though he was not guilty.

Following Forth’s conviction, Palmer was sentenced to prison for a period of at least 18 years of parole.

Unlike extra, Quinlan said Palmer’s character references did not hold weight and that his family did not do anything wrong.

“You told Mr. Brearley to stop and you took him away. You did it shortly after he came to the stage, Quinlan said.

However, Palmer found that he was responsible for his death for his “illegal purpose participation” he shared with Brearley, although he was not the person who used the stalk of a shopping car to hit his head.

Brearley is now convicted.
