Justice Christopher Beale continues judge’s charge; jury to begin deliberating Monday
Justice, Christopher Beale, the judge of the judge for a third day of the defendant Mushroom cook in Morwell Patterson’un 38th day of the tripartite murder case.
At a criminal jury hearing, the accusation of a judge is their last instructions on what they should consider when they start negotiations with the jury. They also summarize the main arguments of the defense and emphasize the basic evidence obtained from the hearing.

The judge includes a number of subjects, including the relevant laws, the responsibilities of the jury, and the elements of a crime to be covered to reach a guilty decision.
In the case of murder, the legal bar must reach the prosecution is beyond reasonable suspicion.
Beale said it would be three pieces in the accusation.
“First of all, I will give you instructions about the legal principles that apply to this case. Some of them, others will be new for you. You should apply all these legal principles carefully.”
“Secondly, I will explain and summarize the problems you need to decide: (a) Evidence of these issues and (b) Arguments on these issues by prosecution and defense.
“Now, as you will appreciate more than anyone else, there were many arguments for you by many evidence and prosecution and defense in this case.”
Beale said that the summary would not meet all the evidence and arguments, and that the fact that the jury does not mention some evidence to the jury would not repeat that this evidence does not mean that it is insignificant.
“Similarly, the fact that I have added certain evidence does not make these evidence more important than other evidence. You should consider not only the parts I mentioned, but all the evidence.
“In the third part of my responsibility, I will give more guidance about the procedure that your decisions must be unanimously and to follow your decisions.”
At the end of the third part of the accusation, Beale will reduce the number of jury members from 14 to 12 using a ballot system.
