The Supreme Court of Karnataka remained in the termination of the permission given to various people for businesses of Pradhan Manti Bharatiya Jan Aushadhi Kendras at the public health centers and hospitals of hospitals in different regions of the state.

Justice Mi Arun passed the temporary order made by Asha in petitions and 17 people questioning the May 14 statement of the government.

Basically, the petition holders from Bidar, Raichur, Yadgir and Kalaburagi regions have claimed that the termination of the permissions granted for these Kendras for their businesses, making large investments for infrastructure and drugs, influencing their livelihood rights because they have opened these centers and making large investments for the law.

The notification of the state government directed health authorities to open a new self -opening on the facilities of the state health organizations and to terminate agreements with the existing kendras.

Jan Aushadhi referred to complaints that the decision to close the Kendras, although they need to be provided free of charge in state hospitals, to be prescribed by doctors to buy medicines. The state government asked India’s Pharma Office from public sector commitments to buy generic drugs and distribute them to free patients.
