Senior Congress Leader T. Jagga Redy, in 2009, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS, TRS) claimed that the rapid deaths of the chef K. ChandraShekar Rao was a protest designed by the congress to ensure Tahangana at any cost.
In this case, people would have accepted fast even if KCR had food and continued, claiming that Congress leaders such as K. Jan Jana Reddy led the struggle and supported the fasting of KCR.
On Friday, August 22, 2025, Mr. Redy, who addressed a press conference in Gandhi Bhavan in Haydarabad, said that KT Rama Rao, the President of BRS, unaware of these issues, criticized the congress. “KTR, although he has been a minister for ten years, lacks the maturity of understanding bigger problems,” he said.
The Congress leader attacked the KTR for defining the congress as a “dirty party and third class party”. “KTR only revealed his ‘irresponsibility’ with such comments.
“TaLangana was given by the congress and now the same congress has become a ‘small party’ for you? After reaching the state of the state, your father KCR did not go to Sonia Gandhi? Then the congress was not respected then?
He recalled that KTR accepted KCR’s role in giving Sonia Gandhi’s role. “If the Congress is a third -class party, your father, who learns politics from the Congress, is also third class.
With a jibe in the Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy, Mr. Jagga Redi described him as a humble man, but unfortunately he was only a script reader. “He can’t make strong political conversations.”
He accused both the Bharatia Janata Party (BJP) and BRS of implementing the “political drama olarak at the expense of farmers.
“When Prime Minister Revanth Redy can release thousands of crore to support farmers, why cannot the Union government provide fertilizer on time?” he asked.
The congress leader called on farmers to remain cautious about political conspiracies. “BJP and BRs are trying to create unrest under the guise of farmers. Do not fall into the traps. Political parties can pamper on conspiracies, but farmers should remain awake,” he warned.
