Kelly Osbourne in shock SPLIT from fiancé Sid Wilson just seven months after he proposed at her late father Ozzy’s final concert

Kelly Osbourne has split from fiancé Sid Wilson as she continues to struggle with the death of her father, Ozzy Osbourne, the Daily Mail has revealed.

The couple quietly ended their engagement just seven months after the 49-year-old Slipknot DJ proposed to Kelly at his late father’s final concert with Black Sabbath in Birmingham last July.

Kelly, 41, who first met her ex-partner 27 years ago, shares a three-year-old son, Sydney, with the musician.

People close to the star told the Daily Mail it’s been a ‘tough’ month, coping with the split while continuing to focus on being the best mother she can be to her sons, who are named after their father.

A source revealed: ‘Kelly and Sid have decided to call off their engagement.

‘Kelly is struggling following the loss of her father. The grieving process has been incredibly difficult and she is doing her best to cope.

‘In fact, she and Sid had been facing difficulties in their relationship for a while and things were not as they seemed.

‘They tried to make it work, especially for the sake of their children, but ultimately decided that separation was the best way forward.

‘Kelly has endured a lot this past year. Despite everything, she remains sober and is now focusing on herself and her role as a mother moving forward.’

The star first met Sid when he was on tour with Ozzfest, the music festival founded by Slipknot’s family.

On Valentine’s Day 2022, he shared a post of the couple passionately kissing with the following caption: ‘I can’t believe we’ve reached this point after 23 years of friendship. ‘You are my best friend, my soul mate, and I am so deeply in love with you, Sydney George Wilson.’

They welcomed their son Sid later that year, and the family lived together on a farm in Iowa.

Kelly was last photographed with Sid at the Grammy Awards in February, and has only been seen in public since then with friends or with her mother, Sharon.

He proposed to Kelly at the Black Sabbath show, presenting her with a huge diamond ring backstage in front of his entire family, including Ozzy, Sharon and his brother Jack. Kelly later said he had ‘no idea’ the moment had arrived.

Following the BRITs in March, where she was awarded the Ozzy Lifetime Achievement Award, Kelly hit out at online trolls on Instagram who criticized her thin appearance.

Since her father’s passing, Kelly has faced relentless trolling online, including concerns from fans about her “thin” and “fragile” frame and general health.

He explained that he was going through the ‘most difficult’ time of his life and felt ‘dehumanised’ by those who kicked him while he was on the ground.

Earlier in the month, Kelly hinted at the split in an Instagram post, writing: ‘There’s a special kind of cruelty in hurting someone who’s already going through something so painful.

‘To be kicked while I was on the ground, to have my pain questioned, to have my struggles turned into gossip, to be abandoned when I needed love and support the most; None of these reflect power. This just shows a lack of compassion and character.

‘I am going through one of the most difficult periods of my life. I shouldn’t have to defend myself, but I also won’t allow myself to be dehumanized like this.’

Kelly put on a brave face as she attended pop star Lily Allen’s West End Girl performance at the London Palladium on Saturday, followed by a celebration party at the Broadwick Soho Hotel.

He was joined by Los Angeles-based barber Kinicki, and the pair posed for a series of photos, including one that showed Kelly hugging his friend, who was wearing a shirt, tie and denim jacket.

Insiders say the couple spent the entire evening together, with Kelly finally getting the chance to let her hair down after a rocky start to the year.

Kinicki says they use they/them pronouns on Instagram and describe themselves as a ‘weird barbershop’. A month ago, in February, Kelly and Kinicki got matching crescent moon and teeth tattoos on their hands.

Ozzy passed away on July 25 last year at the age of 76, after struggling with serious health problems for several years.

The Black Sabbath singer officially died of a heart attack, but he also suffered from coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease.

His death came weeks after his last concert in his hometown of Birmingham on July 5, where he reunited with his Black Sabbath bandmates for the first time in two decades.

His funeral was held on 30 July, also in Birmingham, and thousands of fans lined the streets to pay their respects.

Ozzy’s wife Sharon joined Kelly and siblings Aimee and Jack for the emotional tribute before a private family service.

Kelly and her father were known for their incredibly close bond. The late rocker even playfully called Kelly his “favorite” child, saying they were “two peas in a pod.” The duo released the duet Changes, which reached number one in 2003.

Following his death, Kelly described Ozzy as her ‘best friend’ on Instagram and wrote: ‘I feel unhappy, so sorry. Quoting the lyrics of Changes, I lost the best friend I ever had.

Speaking about his death in November, Kelly shared the ‘only resentment’ she had carried since their last days together.

He recalled: ‘I would always hear my father coming down the stairs in the morning. The first thing I always said to him was: “Good morning, Dad, I love you.” When I shouted this, he would say “I love you more” and go down the stairs. And I didn’t say that the morning he passed away.’
