A 51-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly performing a “sexual performance” with a vacuum cleaner near a popular holiday resort. Click Orlando. Deputies said they responded to reports on Jan. 22 that a man was “exposing his genitals in front of a residence” in the gated communities of Windsor Hills Resort, Florida, just seven miles from Walt Disney World.

Police said they provided witness statements and cellphone records showing a partially clothed male engaging in inappropriate behavior, but the suspect left before deputies arrived. According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office in Florida, a complaint had been filed just a day earlier about a man walking naked in a public hallway of a Kissimmee resort.

Video of the incident recorded on the Ring camera was provided to the responding deputy. Following investigations in the area, police said they encountered eyewitnesses who reported similar incidents.

Further investigation revealed that the suspect and his wife were listed as hosts of Airbnb properties at Grassendale Street and Almaton Loop in the resort.

“The deputy investigator canvassed the area on Almaton Loop and spoke with other residents who gave accounts of similar behavior by the suspect,” the statement said.

“The incidents were reported to the HOA in December. Eyebrow video was provided to the deputy of similar incidents in which the suspect appeared partially clothed or naked in the hallway of the residence.”

Deputies say an arrest warrant has been issued for 51-year-old Kevin Westerhold, who was captured Tuesday near his home in Oviedo. He faces charges of exposing his genitals.

Detectives urged anyone with information about similar incidents to contact the sheriff’s office.
