Kneecap to face no further action over Glastonbury performance | Kneecap

Avon and Somperset police said Dizecap would not encounter any other action on Glastonbury performances last month.

Forces said, “An investigation was conducted on a court case on Saturday, June 28 during the performance of Knecap at the Glastonbury Festival.

“The detectives asked for advice from the Royal Prosecutor’s Office during their investigations, and after this advice, there was not enough evidence to provide a realistic prospect of a realistic conviction for any crime. This decision was informed about this decision early today.

“During Bob Vylan’s performance, investigations continue to be investigated in relation to separate comments on the stage.”
