Jessica Alba FINALIZES divorce from Cash Warren as alimony deal is revealed for exes with no prenup

Jessica Alba finalized her divorce from Cash Warren, a year after she filed to end their nearly 20-year marriage.

The former couple, who did not have a marriage contract when they eloped in 2008, agreed not to pay alimony to each other.

The couple will share joint custody of their daughters, Honor, 17, and Haven, 14, and their son, Hayes, according to reviewed court documents. TMZ.

Warren, 46, will receive a lump sum payment of $3 million as part of the division of her assets, including the $10 million Beverly Hills mansion they bought in 2017.

This amount will be distributed to him in two nontaxable payments of $1.5 million each, one now and the other within a year.

Alba, 44, asked for her maiden name to be legally reinstated when she filed for divorce last February, and that mission is now complete.

The Daily Mail has contacted Alba’s rep for comment.

Alba filed for divorce last February due to irreconcilable differences, and both she and Warren gave the separation date as December 27, 2024.

Sources at the time said their divorce was “extremely amicable” despite the large sum of money and the lack of a prenuptial agreement, according to TMZ.

In addition to her acting career, Alba is the co-founder of the beauty and baby products brand The Honest Company, which has a current market value of $238.11 million and of which she owns a 6% stake, although she has resigned from her position as creative director.

Warren launched a successful business venture of his own called Pair of Thieves; a sock and underwear brand called Pair of Thieves, which was reportedly worth approximately $100 million at the time of divorce proceedings.

Warren fell into the arms of 25-year-old model Hana Sun Doerr, while Alba teamed up with actor Danny Ramirez, 33, of the films Top Gun: Maverick and Captain America: Brave New World.

Warren admitted that he briefly broke up with Alba after their romance was ‘four years in’ because she started ‘turning into an asshole’ out of jealousy.
