Heavy Rains Lash Hyderabad, Serilingampally Records 140 mm
According to data from the TaLANgana Development Planning Association (TDP), Haydarabad witnessed the rainfall intensely by recording a few parts of the city and its skirts more than 100 mm.
The highest rainfall, 140.3 mm in the region of Rangarereddy in the Gachibow Khajaguda Sports Complex Gachibowli (Seriletingampal) was recorded. This was followed by the GHMC Transport building, Saroornagar at 128.8 mm and the Srinagar Colony (Jubilee Hills) at 127.5 mm.

Even the low rainfall figures on the list remained over 100 mm and showed widespread heavy showers along the GHMC borders. All places like Raidurga, New Nagole, Rock Town Colony, Bandlaguda and Shaikpet reported between 102 mm and 108 mm.
Heavy rains are expected to relieve the last temperature, but can lead to flooding in low areas. GHMC teams are deployed to clean drainage and provide traffic movement.
