Labour whip quits over Starmer’s benefits cuts

Keir Starmer, after a resignation of one of the front Banen team, said that he could not support the segments that would hit the disabled people.
Vicky FoxCroft has been significantly separated as a whip and called for the prime minister to “support more disabled people to work”.
In a letter to the Prime Minister, he said, “people with disabilities cannot vote for reforms containing deductions on financing.”
“I wrote to the Prime Minister to tender my resignation with a heavy heart and a whip. While the government continues to support the change that the country needs desperately, I cannot vote in favor of reforms proposed for disability benefits.”
“He said that he understood the need to address the increasing prosperity bill in these difficult economic times, but I believed that it could always do and do more disabled people by supporting work.
