Ten people, including one gunman, were killed in a shooting attack on Australia’s iconic Bondi Beach on Sunday, New South Wales Police said. Police said the other suspected attacker was in critical condition.

Eyewitnesses reported seeing more than a dozen people lying on the ground with blood everywhere, and dozens were injured in the attack.

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese made a written statement to X, expressing his thoughts and condolences to the victims and urging the public to follow police instructions and be careful.
