Landlord Brett Gordon Williams jailed for manslaughter of tenant Craig Dunn in Hervey Bay
After a long -lasting disputes, a host who attacked and killed the tenant was imprisoned for killing.
61 -year -old Brett Gordon Williams was sentenced to the Brisbane Supreme Court on Friday for the violent attack of his tenant Craig Dunn in the Gulf of Hervey in the north of Brisbane on April 4, 2022.
Williams was acquitted of the murder, but in April he was found guilty of killing a man by a Maryborough jury.

Williams lost his anger with Dunn after long disagreements, which has been intentionally provoked the victim’s landlord and pointed out CCTV cameras to his home in an industrial complex.
In the morning when Dunn was killed, Williams planned to control the complex by a potential buyer.
But Dunn pushed on a steel portal in the parking lot to sabotage the sale or disturb Williams.
This provoked Williams who attacked Dunn.
Men later walked to Dunn’s unit, and their blood drops entered him.
Williams entered the unit and took CCTV cameras before going to a nearby pool hut, where Taç Dunn was attacked by a deadly attacked.
