Laura Whitmore has revealed the happy news that she is pregnant.
The 40-year-old presenter shared in an Instagram post on Wednesday evening that she is expecting her second child with husband Iain Stirling.
She posted a series of photos of her belly and wrote: ‘Instagram V Reality – Spoiler: This wasn’t just a big meal my mom ate. He’s cooking!
‘I want to thank stretchy trousers and travel sick bags.’
The couple already has a daughter named Stevie Ré, who was born in March 2021. They keep their family life extremely private and very rarely share photos of their little ones.
In the pregnancy reveal, the couple appeared to be enjoying a sunny getaway, showing off her blooming bump in a snap wearing a cropped blue T-shirt, sun hat and bikini bottoms.

Speaking to The Standard shortly afterwards, Laura expressed her concerns about the dangers of the internet after having children.
‘Having children definitely changes your priorities and makes you more sensitive about some issues.
‘This was also something I had to pay attention to in terms of self-care.
‘It also makes me aware that when it comes to the online world and it’s changing so dramatically, I’m going to have to deal with it over the next few years and that it’s something I can’t control. It makes me hypersensitive.’
