Lack of job security becoming an increasing barrier to home ownership, survey says

In a new survey, lack of occupational safety is an increasing problem when it comes to hosting.
The Association of Building Associations (BSA), which assumes the research, said that more people stated this as a problem compared to two years ago.
BSA’s research sees deposit upgrade, mortgage receiving and access to a large enough mortgage.
Many mortgage lenders recently alleviated their rules and potentially allowed home buyers to receive larger loans and followed the movements to help the property ladder.
The research also found that one-third of the tenants aged 25-44 years wanted to buy a house, but did not believe that they would ever have.
Thirty -three percent of the tenants in this age group can not be reached, according to the research conducted by the Association of Building Associations (BSA), more than half of the tenants (59 percent) said that they expect their lives to be home to this point.
Approximately one -third in this age group (31 percent) is waiting to buy a house in the next five years.
In BSA, Paul Broadhead, the head of the mortgage and housing policy, said: ız We cannot handle the obstacles in front of the hosting overnight and there will be no solution that allows everyone to enter the property ladder.
“However, the regulatory flexibility and the government’s focus on long -term solutions such as increasing housing supply can be done, and there is more to be done.”
Participated in the survey by more than 2,000 people Yougov in July.
