Lehrmann takes corruption watchdog boss to court

Although it was on the verge of bankruptcy as a result of the court procedures, former liberal employees Bruce Lehrmann took legal proceedings against a corruption observer and a federal minister.
The legal action was opened by Lehrmann at 9.30 on Thursday at 9.30 and a “Forensic Investigation” classification at 9.30 at 9.30.
Lehrmann filed a lawsuit against National Anti -Corruption Commissioner Paul Brereton and Federal Special Foreign Minister Don Farrell.
The nature of the proceedings is not known in the afternoon on Monday, but for interpretation, Lehrmann was contacted.
Mr. Farrell refused to comment and said that it was inappropriate to comment because the proceedings were in court.
In 2019, Lehrmann was accused of raping his colleague Brittany Higgins in the Parliament Building.
In the law, the jury rejected the allegations that had not been tested in a criminal court after a hearing dated 2022 was abandoned due to the abuse of the jury.
However, in 2024, the Federal Court found that the allegations that he raped Mrs. Higgins have been proved in the balance of possibilities, which is a standard of civil evidence than a criminal treatment.

An appeal against the loss of insulting against Lehrmann’s network and journalist Lisa Wilkinsonwas was heard by a Panel of Judges in August.
Justice reserved the decision to deliver their decisions at a later date.
Ms. Wilkinson claimed that Ms. Higgins, dated 2021, claimed that Mrs. Higgins claimed that she was raped.
Justice Michael Lee found that the claims were probably true in the decision of capturing the title in April 2024.
“Mr. Lehrmann, who escaped from Lions’ experiment, made the mistake of returning to his hat,” the judge shouted.
