Trump moves nuclear submarines after ex-Russian president’s comments

US President Donald Trump said he ordered former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev’s “extremely provocative” comments to two nuclear submarines “to be placed in appropriate areas”.

“These stupid and inflammatory expressions act only if there is more than that. Words are very important and often cause unwanted consequences, I hope not one of these situations”.

He didn’t say where two submarines were deployedThe US military protocol.

Medvedev has recently threatened the US in response to Trump’s ultimatum in Moscow, and has faced difficult sanctions in Ukraine.

Russia and the United States have the world’s nuclear weapons.

Trump did not say whether he referred to nuclear or nuclear armed submarines in his post on Truth Social.

The US President wrote: “I ordered the placement of two nuclear submarines in the appropriate regions, based on the extremely provocative statements of the former President of the Russian Federation Security Council, the Vice President of the Russian Federation Security Council.”

Trump and Medvedev recently participated in a series of personal attacks against each other on social media.

Trump comes after Putin has set a new deadline for the war to end the war until August 8 – This said Putin did not do anything.

Before that on Monday, Trump set a deadline for “10 or 12”. In the early July, Russia threatened with serious tariffs targeting oil and other exports if Putin did not finish the war within 50 days.

Medvedev accused Trump of playing “Ultimatum Game with Russia” at the beginning of this week.

In an article in X, he said, “Every new ultimatum is a threat and a step towards war.”

He also described Trump’s ultimatum as a “theater” by saying that “Russia did not care” in early July.

Medvedev, who wrote on Thursday on the telegram, warned some military analysts on a “dead hand” threat that Russia’s retaliation nuclear strike control system understands as a reference for the code.

He did not respond to Trump Medvedev’s comments for the first time on Friday. On Thursday, he described Medvedev as “former president of Russia, who still thinks he was president”.

Trump also warned Medvedev to “follow his words” and “is entering the very dangerous area!”

Medvedev supports Russia’s war in Ukraine and is a clearly anxiety critic of the West.

From 2008 to 2012, he was the president of Russia and is currently Vice President of the Russian Security Council.
