Long-awaited decision in Linda Reynolds versus Brittany Higgins defamation case to be handed down next week

Linda Reynolds’ former young media consultant Brittany Higgins against the box office records of insulting case will finally announced next week.

The long -awaited decision by the Supreme Court of Justice Court Paul Tottle will be delivered on August 27, almost a year after the completion of the bitter civilian action.

However, through his lawyer Rachel Young, Mrs Higgins argued that he did not want to humiliate Mrs. Reynolds in 2022 and 2023 in online publications.

Justice Lee also found that the other claim in Mrs. Reynolds and others, which includes a political covering, was not true.

Ms. Reynolds pointed to this finding over and over when she talked to journalists outside the hearing and took a stand for a week.
