Who is Aileen Lopera? Ex of Stefon Diggs, the current boyfriend of Cardi B, and mother at least one of his daughters
In court documents accessed by PEOPLE, the New England Patriots wide receiver was accused of fathering a daughter born in April 2025 by model Aileen Lopera.
Lopera files lawsuit against Diggs
According to reports, social media influencer Lopera, who goes by the name Lord Gisselle on Instagram, had first filed documents against the NFL star in December 2024, while she was pregnant, to determine the parental relationship of her unborn baby.
“The plaintiff is currently pregnant [Diggs’] Unborn child,” the filing read, according to PEOPLE. At the time, they were seeking legal and physical custody of their baby but gave Diggs visitation rights.
Diggs responds to lawsuit
The New England Patriots wide receiver responded to the lawsuit, claiming the baby was his. He requested a genetic test to determine whether he was the father.
He also stated in the documents that he requested joint payment of “reasonable costs” of pregnancy, birth and attorney fees and expenses, as well as the right to legal and physical custody, if he is discovered to be the father of the child.
Diggs confirmed to be Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera’s father
Paternity tests came back positive in November 2025, officially confirming Diggs was the father. “We can confirm that Mr. Diggs is the father,” said Tamar G. Arminak, Lopera’s attorney. “And we hope that he will make a meaningful contribution to the child’s life and be on a par with our client, who until now has had to do everything on his own.”

According to the documents, Lopera named her younger daughter Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera, giving her the professional athlete’s last name.
