California housewife with filthy secret admits to killing man, 55, during kinky sexual encounter gone horribly wrong

A California housewife living a double life has admitted to killing a 55-year-old man during a strange sexual encounter that went horribly wrong.

Michaela Rylaarsdamn, 32, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to causing the 2023 death of Michael Dale, with whom she recorded a steamy video for her OnlyFans account.

The clips showed Dale’s wrists bound, his mouth covered with duct tape and his head covered with a plastic bag for several minutes, according to prosecutors.

Prosecutors alleged that the married escort, who used the name Asshley SinCal, later called 911 for help, but Dale suffocated to death at the hospital the next day with objects placed over his head.

When Rylaarsdamn was arrested in February 2025, he was charging up to $1,500 “plus a generous tip” for his services, according to the website where he bragged about his sexual exploits.

Dale paid her just over $11,000 for the encounter and made several demands via text, including that he tie her up, wrap her in Saran Wrap ‘like a mummy’ and put boots on her feet, according to testimony at his first trial.

She and Brandon have three young children, which she also announced on her escort page.

The married escort, who used the name Asshley SinCal (above in court in March last year), then called 911 for help, but Dale died of asphyxiation in hospital the next day.

A ‘wild call’ costs $1,100, while a light call costs $800. Outcalls are $300 cheaper in all cases.

He also noted that the price for a FaceTime or Zoom game show is $150, a ‘toy show’ is $200, and said he liked the $25 non-refundable deposit, which “can be done via Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal, or invoice.”

Police investigating Dale’s death at his home in Escondido, California, said Rylaarsdam told them this was the first time he had engaged in fetish behavior.

The Secret Stewardess launched her page on April 9, 2024, eight days shy of the one-year anniversary of Dale’s death.

Harrowing video obtained from Rylaarsdam’s phone showed Dale inside the bag for about eight minutes and other clips showed him struggling to breathe after duct tape, a plastic bag and Saran wrap were placed over his mouth, court documents said.

Dale’s arms and legs were bound with plastic, meaning he could not remove the bag or bandages from his head, according to testimony.

Prosecutors alleged Rylaarsdam performed a sex act nearby for her OnlyFans page while she lay unresponsive.

The clip was shot moments before Dale called police and began CPR, according to testimony.

Dale was declared brain dead the next day.

Rylaarsdam initially denied putting a bag over Dale’s head and pleaded not guilty to the second-degree murder charge.

His lawyer, Dan Cohen, has previously said his client did not intend to kill Dale, adding that although consent was not a defense, it was ‘certainly a mitigating factor’.

‘I think there was no intent to kill and no attempt to cover it up,’ he said. ‘And when he realized it was a problem he acted appropriately.

‘There is definitely a consensual element; It’s not just something he consents to, but something he actively seeks.’

He also questioned the cause of death, claiming that Dale had alcohol and prescription drugs in his system at the time.
