M1 Traffic: Easter weekend carriageway closed and police rush to scene | UK | News

Motorists have faced major delays following a two-vehicle collision on a major highway. The M1 in Hertfordshire is closed northbound between J8 (for Hemel Hempstead) and J9 (for Dunstable) and emergency services are attending the scene.

National Highways said: “Emergency services, including Hertfordshire Police, are at the scene. National Highways Traffic Officers are also at the scene to provide traffic management assistance.”
