The M4 was shot with delays near Reading and Newbury due to an incident.

AA marked the event on the traffic news map: 42 42 minutes of violent delays and increasing delays in the East between J13 A34 (Chieveley / Newbury) and J12 A4 Bathroom Road (Theale).

“The average speed is five miles.”

However, the AA and the National Highways maps show that traffic is now moving freely by following previous delays.
