After bringing traffic to the halling point of a multi -vehicle accident near Bristol, the drivers are faced with delays up to three hours north of this afternoon. The incident occurred between J22 Burnham-on-Sea and J21 Weston-Super-Mare, causing a decline of more than 13 miles towards Bridgwater.
