Madras High Court imposes cost of ₹1 lakh for filing PIL against appointment of senior IAS officers as T.N. govt. spokespersons

The Supreme Court of Madras appointed the La 1 Lakh costs on 7 August 2025 Thursday, with a petition of a lawyer (PIL), with the costs of La 1 Lakh, as the official spying of the Gagandeep Singh Bedi, Dheeraj and P. Amudha.

Chief Justice Manindra Mohan Mohan Shrivastava and Justice Sunder Mohan’s first chapter bench, the lawyer M. Lawyer, the construction of such appointments should not be an administrative excessive access, indicating that the lawyer, the intention behind the PIL petition, IAS officers to encourage the success of the ruling political party is not to be used, he said.
