The IDF has issued more details about its strikes in Iran overnight, including targeting an inactive nuclear reactor in the Arak area.
Army said that 40 fighter planes were used using more than 100 ammunition to dozens of military targets in Tehran and other parts of Iran.

“As a part of the strikes and as part of the extensive effort to prevent the Iranian regime from obtaining nuclear weapons, IDF was targeted by the nuclear reactor in the Arak region in Iran, including the structure of the reactor, which is an important component in the production of plutonium,”.
The strike said it aims for the component for plutonium production to prevent the reactor from being restored and used for nuclear weapons development.
