Two arrested after spate of dog attacks leave multiple people injured

A number of injuries have been reported after a series of dog attacks.

A 17 -year -old girl and a 47 -year -old boy were arrested on suspicion of being responsible for a dangerously outdated dog in a public place, but both were released under the investigation while the investigations continued.
