Man crushed under bus during repair

Kozhikode: A 24-year-old man was crushed under a bus when the mechanical jack slipped while he was doing emergency brake repair near Sarovaram Biopark in Kozhikode on Friday. The victim was identified as Giri Prakash, a native of Alappuzha. One person was also injured in the incident and taken to a private hospital. According to police sources, the victim was seriously injured in the chest when the heavy vehicle fell on him.
