Man guilty after killing victim with hammer
After faced an unpaid debt, a man who attacked his victim with a hammer, was convicted of killing.
Francis Reilly, known as Frankie, was killed on September 12 last year on the Ingrave Road in Brentwood, Essex.
When the 63 -year -old boy started the attack, he went to John Moore’s house to see with him through an unpaid debt.
39 -year -old Moore was found guilty of murder in Basildon Crown Court on Monday.
It was He was accused of murder in court in AugustHowever, he claimed that he had acted in defense and the jury members could not make a decision after a 14 -hour negotiation.
A re -trial was planned in January, but the prosecutors finally accepted the claim of murder.

Police said Moore had beat Mr Reilly with a hammer and caused injuries proving that it was deadly and fatal.
Mr. Reilly escaped from the apartment, but Moore followed him and continued his attack by a taxi driver pointing to two patrol police officers.
The sacrifice died at the scene and said the police Moore was “quickly”. It is expected to be convicted on Friday.
Det Insp Lisa Hurrell said power continues to support Mr. Reilly’s family.
“He was a father, brother, grandfather and uncle, and everyone who loved him felt an unimaginable loss.”
“Mr. Reilly was killed in a completely meaningless violence.
“Moore was a drug user who regularly accrues debt with your friends and acquaintances to feed his habit.”
