Man tampers with water meters to avoid paying for service
El Paso, Texas (KTSM) -El Paso district Şerif office, a 42-year-old Fabens’li man in two houses with water meters allegedly arrested after allegedly arrested.
42 -year -old Andres Varela from Fabans was arrested on Friday, July 25 and was accused of criminal mischief of a public service and theft.

On June 24, after a theft report, deputies from the Şerif Office were sent to 700 blocks in Fabans.
MPs discovered that the host was dealing with a fabans water region counter, disrupting the service and causing them to read misuse.
On July 2, a second, similar incident was reported in a residence in the 300 block of NW H Street in Fabans.
With the Penal Investigation Department, the detectives launched an investigation and determined that the same person jumped water meters on both properties and tried to avoid payment for services.
Varela was defined as suspicious. The Sharif office was detained on Friday and reserved El Paso District Detention Facility with a total bond of $ 15,000.
