Manchester synagogue attacker named as Jihad Al-Shamie, as police arrest third terror suspect

The Jewish leaders praised the rapid reaction of the local police who stopped the attacker within seven minutes of calling, but expressed their horrificness of rising anti -Semitism, and called on political leaders to do more to stop hatred and violence.

The attack, which declared a terrorist incident by the authorities, appeared as those who worship as the most sacred day of the Jewish calendar gathered in the Heaton Park Hebrew community synagogue in Yom Kippur.

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, after leaving a cabinet meeting to condemn the attack, ordered a stronger police protection for all Jewish centers around England.

“Today, Yom Kippur, the most sacred day for the Jewish community, carried out a terrorist attack that attacked Jews and attacked England because of our Jewish and values.”

Accepting rising anti -Semitism, Jewish people in a media statement directly on television, as the Britain had previously done the hatred against the Jews said on a television.

Witnesses announced that they were wearing a car and that they saw a person who thought it was an accident and a person outside the synagogue. Then they saw a man coming out of the vehicle, used a knife, and stabbed nearby people to enter the building.

In a video shared on social media after the attack, the police called on the audience to move back, while a suspicious synagogue was in the place. A police warned that the suspect was a bomb. The man on the ground was shot when he tried to get up.

“The man had a knife, and he was just stabbing the window as he was trying to get in, Gen Gareth said to the BBC.

The police were called at 9.31 am and stopped the attack until 9.38 am.

In a video shared on social media showing the last stages of the attack, the police called on the audience to move back, while a suspicious synagogue was next to the wall. A police warned the people that the suspect was a bomb. The man on the ground was shot when he tried to get up.

The police called the bomb destruction unit and then said that the suspect was not a “applicable” explosive.

While the Prime Minister promised to protect the Jewish community from violence, the public shock on the Manchester attack included the warnings of Jewish leaders’ warnings that very little to stigmatize anti -Semitism.
